What if the AI gets something wrong?

You are always in control. Generated content is never published automatically — it goes to your review screen first.

You have three ways to fix anything:

1. Edit manually — click into any section and type your changes directly. It works like a document editor.
2. AI-assisted editing — describe what you want changed in plain language. "Rewrite step 4 to mention the new equipment." The AI updates just that section.
3. Regenerate — if a whole format misses the mark, regenerate it in one click. This uses one AI generation credit.

My team is not very tech-savvy. Will they be able to use it?

Absolutely. The employee experience is intentionally simple.

Your team members receive one link. They click it, create a password, and they are in. Their dashboard shows a list of their assigned trainings with a big "Start" button. They read through the content, answer any quiz questions, and click "Mark as Complete." That is the entire experience.

There are no downloads, no software to install, no accounts to configure. It works on any phone, tablet, or computer.

Is my company's confidential information safe?

Yes. Your data is completely private and isolated from every other account on the platform.

• No other business can ever see your training content, employee information, or uploaded documents

• Uploaded files are used only to generate your training and are never shared, sold, or used to train AI models

How do my employees access their training?

Three steps, and you only have to set it up once.

1. Generate a signup link from your Employees page. Share it however you like — email, Slack, WhatsApp, printed QR code on the noticeboard.
2. Employees click the link and create a free account in about 60 seconds. No paid seat required for them.
3. Assign training from your dashboard. Employees see it on their screen immediately, with an optional deadline.

No printing. No scheduling a classroom. No chasing people to confirm they read the handbook.

What happens if I cancel?

Nothing scary. Your account does not disappear.

When you cancel a paid plan:

• You keep full access until the end of the billing period you already paid for
• After that, your account automatically drops to the Free plan
• When an account is downgraded and exceeds the plan limits, the most recent projects and employees will remain active. Older employees will see a plan exceeded message and older projects will be hidden from employees.

Nothing is deleted until your account has been inactive for 1 full year, or you request deletion.

We also do not hide the cancel button. It is in your Billing page — no support tickets required, no "please call us to cancel" friction.

Why? Because we are confident you will not want to.

Can I see what the platform produces before I pay anything?

Yes — the Free plan is a fully working plan, not a locked preview.

Sign up (no card required), upload one of your existing procedures or policies, generate content in any or all of the seven formats, and see exactly what comes out. Publish it, assign it to up to five employees, and watch them complete it.
